Exercise of Share Options
The Company announces that today it issued 144,016 new ordinary shares of 0.25p
each pursuant to the exercise of options held by Mr Alan Edwards, an employee of
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Toumaz Technology Limited, on 26 October
2006.
Following this announcement, Mr Edwards' interest in the issued share capital of
the Company is as follows:

Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. Admission is expected to be effective on 8 November 2006.
