Grant of Options
Nanoscience Inc., the specialist niche investor in emerging technologies with
strong commercial propositions from within the growing nanotechnology sector,
announces that on 23 October 2006 it granted options over 2,000,000 ordinary
shares of 0.25p each in the share capital of the Company to Guy Spelman, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company.
Of the 2,000,000 share options, 1,000,000 are subject to a performance hurdle
and may only be exercised at a time when the Company's middle market share
price is not less than 25p.
