Further to the announcement of the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting
on 26 September 2008, Nanoscience, the specialist niche investor in emerging

electronic sectors, is pleased to announce that the trading of shares under the
Group's new name, Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings'), will commence at
08.00, tomorrow, Friday 10 October 2008 under the AIM ticker TMZ.L.
