Results of Extraordinary General Meeting and Change of Name
Nanoscience, the specialist niche investor in emerging technologies with strong
commercial propositions for the healthcare and electronic sectors, is pleased
to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting
(`EGM') held today at 12 noon in Zurich, Switzerland were duly passed.
Of the 58.73 per cent. of shareholders that voted on the resolutions, the Group
received 99.93 per cent. in acceptances to pass the resolutions to change the
Company's name from Nanoscience Inc. to Toumaz Holdings Limited. and to undergo
an internal reorganisation of the administrative structure of the Company's
business.
CHANGE OF NAME
The change of the Group's name reflects its principal focus on the research and
development, and the future commercial activities of it wholly-owned investee
company Toumaz Technology Limited.
Shares in Nanoscience will trade under the existing name until close of
business today. Following the re-registration of the Company's name, the
Company's shares will be traded on AIM under a new EPIC code, TMZ, from 8.00am
on 29 September 2008. The Company's website will change to
www.toumazholdings.com.
