Company Profile
Toumaz Holdings Ltd was incorporated on 14 February 2005 originally under the name Nanoscience in the Cayman Islands and was admitted to AIM as an investment company on 30 March 2005. The Company was established to build a portfolio of investments in the nanotechnology sector and its main country of operation is Switzerland.
In November 2005, Nanoscience acquired the entire issued share capital of Toumaz Technology in a reverse takeover transaction and, via Toumaz, a significant interest in Future Waves.
In 2008, the company was renamed Toumaz Holdings Ltd. to reflect the primary focus of the Group’s activities.
In May 2009, the company fully acquired Future Waves, purchasing the approximately 75% of the stock not already owned by the company in an all share deal.
